VYCE Sports Return Policy

At VYCE, our goal is to elevate your on-court experience. We stand behind our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you need to initiate a return, you may do so in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Overgrips & Undergrips

Return Eligibility

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
    • Items must be brand new, unopened, and unused to qualify for a return or refund.

Opened or Used Item

Due to the nature of overgrips and undergrips as consumable performance products, opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund.

Initiating a Return

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Visit your customer account at https://account.vycesports.com within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Select the order and submit a return request.
  3. Once approved, you may purchase and generate a return shipping label through the customer portal.

If you prefer to purchase your own return label, please email the tracking number to Hello@VyceSports.com so we can monitor the return. Items need to be mailed to:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Items that are defective or shipped incorrectly are eligible for a replacement or refund.
  • In these cases, return shipping will be provided at no additional cost, along with further instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • While a confirmation email will be sent, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
